Verops Store offer a 7 Day Return Policy on most purchases, 
  1. Please note, items on sales cannot be returned
  2. Worn/used cloths products cannot be returned
  3. Products not received the way it was sent out (tags, seal… Broken) cannot be returned
  4. Underwear, Swimwear and Lingerie CANNOT be returned.
  5. Return or Cancellation means: you received the wrong item or a damaged item, you can return at your cost in its original condition within 7 days from receipt for a credit note or exchange.
  6. For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email, we will process your request within 24 hours.
  7. Any refund will be credited to the original payment method
  8. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us (we may refuse for any reason).
  9. We start processing your order after full payment has been received: We start to process your order, which means, you will not be able to change it before delivery.
  10. There shall be NO RETURNS on fresh, except that the product is damaged when received, or a wrong product was received.
 We will provide accurate pricing information on the site, if errors occur, whereby price of an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, contact you or cancel your order and give a full refund, if you have already paid for the products.

If an event outside our control takes place, that affects the performance of our obligation, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you, and arrange a new delivery date with you, after the event outside our control is over.

You may wish to cancel such a contract, if the delay will not be convenient for you
  1. Promotion Codes can only be used in a single transaction, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion codes or offers.
  2. Discount cannot be exchanged for cash and non-transferable, Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid.

  2. Express Delivery within AMAC should please be placed before 10AM.
  3. Our International Shipping is presently to only UK for now, We Ship to UK, (Door to Door), For further details on this, please contact us.
  4. Free Pick- Up is available, You can pick up either from our Utako or Kaura office
  5. All orders are processed within 1 to 4 working days, excluding weekends and holidays, except for Express delivery which attracts additional charges (please contact us for more details).
  6. Please ensure someone is around to receive and sign for your order, (unattended orders will be returned back to the office, and you will have to pay another shipping fee)
